The returns and exchange policy of Rich Look Fashion allows Buyers to return or exchange anything purchased on Rich Look Fashion for any reason within the defined return/exchange period, which is 3 days from the date of delivery.
The only condition is that you do not use the goods and keep them in their original state, including tags and packing. You are welcome to try on a product, but please take reasonable precautions to ensure that it remains in good condition. There are two options for returning the item to us:
We provide free pick-up service in most places. Check your PIN Code for the availability of RETURN/EXCHANGE options in your delivery location on the product page for more information.
If we don’t have a pick-up location available. If the goods fulfill the return policy and you have shared a scanned copy of the courier receipt with us, we will repay the delivery charges in the form of Rich Look Fashion credits.
During pick-up, our delivery person will examine the return for quality. With the exception of COD orders, we will start a refund for the return amount within 48 hours of the pickup into the original form of payment during order placement. Refunds for COD or e-COD orders will be paid to the customer’s bank account. Some pin codes may not be eligible for a 48-hour return, in which case a refund will be issued once the product has arrived at our warehouse and passed a quality check. We will ship the picked-up merchandise back to you if it fails the quality inspection.
PRODUCTS CAN BE RETURNED WITHIN 3 DAYS OF DELIVERY DATE. Payment Only if the things are damaged or delivered in the wrong size may you get a refund (size other than that ordered). Replacement is possible in all other circumstances.
If the customer receives erroneous products (incomplete sets or improper style), incorrect sizes (size other than that requested), or damaged products, returns and replacements are free of charge. However, if a matter is under legal review, the Company has the right to collect shipping fees.
