Cancellation Policy:

All of our valued customers have access to a simple canceling method. You have the option to cancel your online order before it is dispatched or within 24 hours of placing it, whichever comes first. The total value of your order will be returned.

The Cancel Your Order button on the Order Page allows you to cancel your order. The reason for the cancellation should be stated in the Comments Box. When you cancel a purchase, our Customer Support team will begin the refund process for any prepaid orders and notify you through email.

Please keep in mind that the entire order must be canceled. We do not accept requests to cancel part of an order.

Policy on Refunds:

We will begin processing your refund within 2 business days of receiving your refund request and authorization. Between 4 and 8 days after initiating the refund, your refund should be credited to the account used for order payment.

Please keep in mind that the real account credit is determined by a number of external entities, including banks, payment gateways, and external couriers (for cheques).

Shipping Policy:

For shipping in India, we use the services of reputable courier service providers.
All products supplied by Rich look Fashion come with free shipping inside India. Shipping and other taxes are paid by us. You simply have to pay the cost of the product you ordered.
We attempt to fulfill domestic orders in India within 48-72 hours to the majority of cities.

Processing your order:

We make every effort to get your goods to you as quickly as possible. It takes us roughly 24 hours on average to send things out of our warehouse. In the event of a delay, we will notify you via email.

Please verify the delivery time for your pin code using “DELIVERY OPTION” on the product details page to calculate how long it will take you to receive your order.

We typically offer 48-72 hour delivery* for the majority of our areas. Add the shipping timings to the order processing time of 24 hours. Only business days are used for delivery. Aside from Sundays, there are a few holidays that are not considered business days throughout the year. On these days, no deliveries will be made.
